Three stone ruins with 2 small barns in a very quiet location close to the towns of Penela and Miranda do Corvo in the district of Coimbra.
This is an opportunity to renovate traditional stone farmhouses with approximately 1,000m2 of land filed with walnut, fig, olive and various fruit trees. The structure of one the houses is in good condition, the second house has walls but the roof has now collapsed. There is also a footprint of a 3rd property that could also be developed surrounding a private courtyard.
The property has electricity and mains water by the road to the front of the courtyard. There is also an old village font that gives water all of the year by the side of the best of the properties. The font used to be a place where the water was supplied for the village and was also used for laundering clothes.
